Hamster (“Hamster” / “We” / “Us”), provides you (“You” / “Your”) this Hamster eStore services subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement (the “Agreement”). In addition, when you use any Hamster eStore service, you may be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. Hamster reserves the right to change the services provided through the eStore and/or these terms and conditions at any time. Hamster retains the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated any terms of this Agreement. If you are under 18, you may use Hamster eStore only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Accessing, browsing or otherwise using the site indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions in this agreement, so please read this agreement carefully before proceeding.

All the materials and products, made available to you through this Hamster eStore are provided by Hamster “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or warranties, express or implied except otherwise specified in writing. Without prejudice to the foregoing paragraph, Hamster does not warrant that:

• The information on this website is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
• Hamster shall not be liable to you in any way or in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website. Hamster does not warrant that this site; information, content, materials, product or services included on or otherwise made available to you through this site; their servers; or any electronic communication sent are free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Nothing on this website constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind.

Disclaimer: Warranty and services on Hamster products stands valid only if the product is bought from the official website (www.hamsteraircon.com) OR Authorized dealers(offline).

Disclaimer: It is hereby informed by Hamster that it has discontinued the use of the mark “STORM” with respect to its air conditioners. All authorized dealers/ distributors are requested to discontinue the sale of the same.

Extended Warranty Scheme will be only Applicable when Customer Register their Product through our Web Site, www.hamsteraircon.com.

Customers have to Authenticate Mobile No. through OTP and Email ID verification at the time of Product Registration to Receive Product Registration ID & Extended Warranty mail.

Please Note: Mobile number verification is mandatory via OTP, if in case customer is not able to verify his mobile number via OTP his product will be Temporary registered but with an Temporary Production Registration ID. An Informational SMS will be sent to the customer mentioning to verify his mobile. If customer does not verify his mobile number in stipulated time of 2 Weeks the Temporary Product Registration ID will automatically be deleted and his registration will be considered as void, resultant he / she will not be able to enjoy his Extended Warranty Benefits.

Your Account

You agree that any use on the Hamster eStore is at your own risk and Hamster is not responsible for it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Products sold on Hamster eStore are not for people below aged 18, however any products available for children below age 18, can be bought by adults.

Trademark, Copyright and Restriction

All material and content on Hamster eStore, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights that are owned and controlled by us or by other parties that have licensed their material to us. Material on Hamster eStore is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and you must not assist any other person to do so. Credit Card Details

Credit card information collected for the purpose of payment of Product(s) purchased at Hamster eStore will be stored securely using a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) technology.
Credit card information will be masked on your account and will not be visible to Hamster eStore Customer Service operators.
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on Hamster eStore will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is un-lawfully owned or possessed by you, thus you must not pay or attempt to pay for Product(s) using fraudulent credit card information. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details on Hamster eStore.
Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by Hamster with any third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. Hamster shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively yours.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, Hamster shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Hamster shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Hamster shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Cancellations

Order once placed shall not be cancelled. Hamster will not accept any cancellations against orders paid for using online mode of payment (credit/debit card and netbanking).
Hamster reserves the right to accept or cancel orders for any reason. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Hamster and accept Hamster’s decision regarding the cancellation. Hamster also reserves the right to cancel your order in case of:

• Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
• Inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information.
• Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
• Any other reasons beyond reasonable control of Hamster.
• Availability of material.

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be returned back in your Credit Card Account.

Refund policy

• Items purchased from Loyal India may be replaced in case of ‘defect’ or ‘damage’ (subject to the condition) but are not eligible for return or refund. Replacement may take up to 10-15 working days.
• For failed transaction Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed by reversing the mode of payment. The normal time for such refunds to is 10-15 working days.
